    Such pretty packaging! It came in the mail fast, too. The directions say to apply it 1-2 daily anywhere on the body, so I do what I saw on a Tic Tok... I put it 1/day on the inside of my wrists. It's got a unique smell, but it's not a bad smell. I had a hysterectomy a few years ago, but the hot flashes started relentlessly hitting about a year ago. I tried an Estrogen patch. No go! It added weight, was a pain in the butt to keep on, and didn't seem to minimize the flashes (or their effects). I quit that and started trying this, along with adding magnesium to my nighttime routine. Im sleeping better than I have in years AND I haven't had hot flashes in a few months. I'll keep using this, for sure!
